We moved into Shadow Pines Development on February 1, 2012 and our experience with Linda Sullivan and Maleno has been one of amazing kindness, helpfulness and informative every step of the way; from us calling last minute to see the various sizes of apartments, to signing, walk through, and even checking in on us to see how our move was going, and if we were in need of anything, our experience has been an absolute blessing. We love our new home, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in our apartment, covered garage parking, weight room, pool, all of it for a very cool price! We looked around Erie and found that Shadow Pines and Maleno gave us so much more for our price range.
